The food was brilliant. Very tasty entrees of pork and cuttlefish( awesome broth). Mains also excellent - lamb and duck. Wine list extensive and a broad selection of very good wine by the glass. The service for a high brow establishment was poor. We advised in advance it was out 25th wedding anniversary and were put on a standard table very close to other diners in a half full restaurant. We asked and were moved to a booth which was great and intimate. Wrong main was brought out for my wife. On paying the wrong bill from another table was initially presented. Oops again. Also folks if glasses are empty don’t walk past without offering another drink, this is a service 101 waiting tip. The atmosphere is pleasant but bland. All in all we had a lovely dinner but it’s pricey and at this price point the service needs a big boost.

I dined solo here and decided to go with the "Taste of Hearth" to sample more. I was impressed with how knowledgeable the staff were with the menu, and how they always checked in with me without being intrusive or annoying. Definitely love the food as well of course! Most of the dishes came together well. I really liked that they incorporated local/native ingredients, some that I have never heard before (sandalwood nuts anyone?)! Out of all the dishes I liked the camembert pre-dessert the most, and it wasn't even on the menu! I would love to dine here again if I'm ever back in Perth :)

My husband booked this restaurant to celebrate my 41st birthday. And boy oh boy, it was so good. We were first greeted Florian, who had a warm welcoming smile. I ordered the Ala Carte while my husband ordered the 5-course menu. My 9 year old had 2 lots of the lamb cutlet and 2 lots of desserts. Edeline and Jean explained each dish that was presented to us in utmost detail. Each dish that came out, from entree to dessert was not only beautifully presented but it tasted so good. Chef Brian and his team have definitely done a great job and we will definitely come back again!

If you have a special occasion celebrate, or just want to enjoy quality local produce from WA, then come to Hearth. Everything was great from start to finish. Loved the wild caught fish of the day which came with an Akoya oyster and topped with gold caviar. You must try their original camembert ice cream for dessert - we nearly didn't but glad we were able to taste the heavenly ice cream sandwiches. Big thanks to Thomas and the service team for making our night - it was magical!

Recently, my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of dining at Hearth restaurant in Perth and it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and beautiful, setting the tone for an amazing evening. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded all of my expectations. Each dish we tried had a wonderful mix of flavors and textures that left us wanting more. The chefs, Brian, Robert, and Roomila, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable evening. They took the time to explain each dish, showing us their passion for the craft and adding a personal touch to our experience. Furthermore, the service was amazing, and the waitstaff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They explained each dish in detail, answering all of our questions and making us feel at ease throughout the meal. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Hearth restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and delicious dining experience in Perth.
